We see wild concepts at auto shows every year. In 2005, Chrysler showed one of the craziest, called the Jeep Hurricane. It featured not one but two Hemi engines, each powering a different pair of wheels, allowing for full 360-degree turning. Now, Fisher-Price will produce its own version of the Hurricane just for kids.
It doesn’t look like the Fisher-Price edition will be able to pull off the 360 turn, but it does sport its own “Ultimate Terrain Traction.” That’s good, Fisher-Price. Get kids used to bulky names for features; it’s good preparation for modern car shopping. How much to put this under the Christmas tree for your favorite car-obsessed tot? $399. No word if that includes destination or not.
